WINS Youth Services Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm WINS Youth Services (WYS) supports young people as individuals or with their families so that they can enhance their independence, self-esteem, safety and quality of life. WYS provides support to all young people in the Wellington community, whether it be through developing leadership skills of young people or helping a young person through a crisis.

Public Computer Access

Provides internet access, basic computer & internet assistance

Australian Tax Office Assistance and Referral Services
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Provides assistance in accessing Australian Tax Office information.

Department of Housing
Thursday: 10.00am – 12.00pm
Provides all Department of Housing Services

Dubbo Financial Counselling Service
Third Thursday of each month.
Provides free assistance to help resolve personal financial difficulties and to assist in management of financial affairs in the future.
